Tom Masterson: Tom brings over 29 years of capital markets and investment banking expertise to Allele. Since 2012, Tom has been focused on the life sciences sector and has specialized in raising equity and debt for public and private biopharma, specialty pharma, medtech, and medical device companies. Tom has developed extensive relationships with Family Offices, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Royalty, and Specialty Hedge Funds. Prior to that, Tom was focused on SPACS (Special Purpose Acquisition Companies) and specialized in the institutional placement of the IPOs and daily trading of SPACs. Tom advised management teams and transitioned institutional shareholder bases during the private to public company merger process. Prior to that, Tom was a financial advisor for independent and bulge bracket investment firms including National Financial Partners, Raymond James, Lehman Brothers, and Paine Webber. Tom is a graduate of the Isenberg School of Management at The University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Tom currently resides in South Florida with his wife and three children. Tom is also Managing Director of Tribal Capital Market’s Equity Capital Life Sciences Division and holds FINRA series 7, 79, and 63 licenses.

Dave Marston: Dave brings 20 years of management consulting experience to Allele, having served clients in big pharma and the medical device industry, as well as startups and early stage companies. As a consulting Director and Manager at KPMG, Computer Sciences and Archstone Consulting in New York City, he worked with J&J, Pfizer, Elan Pharma, Actavis, Biosense Webster and others in the US, Mexico, Canada and EU. He leads Allele’s medical device business and its efforts in the Canadian market, and assists its biotech clients. He specializes in building effective strategy and detailed plans to help clients access needed capital and achieve their development, regulatory and clinical milestones. He earned an MBA in Finance and Operations with Beta Gamma Sigma honors from Columbia Business School, and an Honors Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University in Canada. Dave lives in South Florida.
